Wager Golf är ett räkneverktyg för golfgäng. Appen hjälper dig hålla koll på scorer, räknar ut vem som vunnit eller förlorat enligt de spelformat ni valt, och visar hur ni kan göra upp privat via Swish. Vi tar inte emot eller distribuerar pengar — alla eventuella uppgörelser sker direkt mellan dig och dina kompisar.
Genom att installera och använda Wager Golf accepterar du dessa villkor. Om du inte accepterar dem ska du inte använda appen.
Wager Golf är en hobby-app för svenska golfare som vill räkna scorer och hålla koll på poäng i klassiska spelformat som matchspel, Nassau, Skins, Wolf, Bestball och liknande. Appen tillhandahålls av Gustaf Bratt som privatperson.
Wager Golf förmedlar, tar emot eller distribuerar inga pengar mellan
spelare. Appen är ett räkneverktyg. När ni gör upp efter en runda
skapar appen bara en swish://-länk eller QR-kod till
användarnas egen betalapp. Wager Golf håller eller förmedlar inga
insatser, är inte part i transaktionen och tar ingen avgift eller andel.
Du ansvarar för att användningen och eventuella privata uppgörelser följer lagen där du befinner dig. Vi rekommenderar endast privata, ringa belopp mellan personer du litar på. Wager Golf erbjuder inte vadslagning mot huset och gör ingen individuell bedömning av om ett visst upplägg kräver tillstånd.
Du loggar in med Sign in with Apple på iOS eller Google Sign-In på Android och ansvarar för att hålla butikskontot säkert. Du kan radera kontot från Profil-fliken i en appversion som stöder det säkra raderingsflödet. Privat konto- och profildata raderas, men rundor som delas med andra deltagare bevaras pseudonymiserade för deras historik. Scorer, resultat/uppgörelse samt fryst HCP och kön kan därför finnas kvar under etiketten "Raderad spelare". Kontoraderingen är permanent. Se vår Integritetspolicy för detaljer. Om du inte kan installera den appversion som krävs kan du mejla oss så hjälper vi dig hitta en tillgänglig raderingsväg; identitetsverifiering kan krävas.
Wager Golf Pro är en valfri, automatiskt förnyande prenumeration som ger tillgång till alla 21 spelformer, obegränsat antal kombinationer per runda och hela historiken. App Store eller Google Play visar alltid det aktuella lokaliserade priset, faktureringsperioden och om just du är berättigad till en provperiod eller ett erbjudande innan du bekräftar köpet.
Prenumerationen hanteras av App Store på iOS eller Google Play på Android. Den debiteras och förnyas enligt villkoren som visas av din butik när du köper. Butiken hanterar betalning, förnyelsedatum och eventuella prisändringar.
Du säger upp prenumerationen i ditt App Store- eller Google Play-konto. Normalt behåller du Pro-funktionerna till slutet av den redan betalda perioden, enligt butikens villkor. Att avinstallera appen eller radera ditt Wager Golf-konto avslutar inte prenumerationen och ger inte automatiskt återbetalning. En fortfarande aktiv prenumeration kan normalt återställas i appen enligt butikens och RevenueCats regler.
Återbetalningar hanteras av den butik där köpet gjordes, inte av Wager Golf. För App Store kan du använda reportaproblem.apple.com; för Google Play använder du Google Plays support- och återbetalningsflöde. Butikens aktuella villkor och lagstadgade rättigheter gäller.
Du behåller äganderätten till allt innehåll du skapar i appen — rundor, scorer, kommentarer, profilbilder och liknande. Genom att använda appen ger du oss en begränsad licens att lagra och visa det för dig och de vänner du delar med, i den utsträckning som krävs för att appen ska fungera.
Om du raderar kontot upphör licensen för din privata kontodata. Delad rundhistorik får dock bevaras pseudonymiserad enligt punkt 5 och integritetspolicyn, så att övriga deltagares historik inte förstörs eller räknas om.
Appen tillhandahålls "i befintligt skick". Vi strävar efter korrekta beräkningar enligt WHS-handicap och klassiska spelregler, men kan inte garantera att alla edge cases är helt felfria. Hittar du en bugg — mejla oss på [email protected] så fixar vi det.
Vi kan tillfälligt eller permanent stänga av tjänsten utan ansvar för avbrott. Bandata och backend kan vara nere ibland — appen fungerar då i begränsat läge.
Wager Golf är ett räkneverktyg. Om det blir oenighet mellan dig och dina golfkompisar om uppgörelsen, scoren, ett spelformats regler eller en Swish-betalning — det är inget vi kan lösa eller medla i. Det är ert privata ansvar.

Vi friskriver oss inte från ansvar som inte kan uteslutas enligt tvingande svensk konsumenträtt.
Vi kan ändra dessa villkor — t.ex. om Pro-erbjudandet ändras eller en ny tredjepartstjänst introduceras. Den nya versionen publiceras här med uppdaterat datum. När det krävs informerar vi före ikraftträdandet via appen, butikssidan eller annan lämplig kanal. Ändringar begränsar inte rättigheter som följer av tvingande lag. Om du inte accepterar villkoren kan du sluta använda appen, säga upp prenumerationen i butiken och radera ditt konto.
Svensk lag gäller för dessa villkor. Tvister ska i första hand lösas genom förhandling. Om vi inte kommer överens kan tvist prövas av Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) eller svensk domstol.

Wager Golf is a scoring tool for golf groups. The app helps you track scores, figures out who won or lost according to the game formats you chose, and shows how you can settle up privately via Swish. We do not receive or distribute money — any settlements happen directly between you and your friends.
By installing and using Wager Golf you accept these terms. If you do not accept them you must not use the app.
Wager Golf is a hobby app for Swedish golfers who want to track scores and points in classic game formats like Match Play, Nassau, Skins, Wolf, Bestball and similar. The app is provided by Gustaf Bratt as a private person.
Wager Golf does not handle, receive or distribute money between
players. The app is a scoring tool. When you settle up after a
round, the app only creates a swish:// link or QR code for
the users' own payment app. Wager Golf does not hold or transfer stakes,
is not a party to the transaction and takes no fee or share.
You are responsible for ensuring that use and any private settlement complies with the law where you are. We recommend only private, small amounts between people you trust. Wager Golf does not offer house betting and makes no individual determination of whether a particular arrangement requires a licence.
You sign in with Sign in with Apple on iOS or Google Sign-In on Android and are responsible for keeping your store account secure. You can delete the account from the Profile tab in an app version that supports the secure deletion flow. Private account and profile data is deleted, but rounds shared with other participants are retained in pseudonymised form for their history. Scores, results/settlement, and frozen handicap and gender may therefore remain under the label "Deleted player". Account deletion is permanent. See our Privacy Policy for details. If you cannot install the required app version, email us and we will help you find an available deletion route; identity verification may be required.
Wager Golf Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that gives access to all 21 game formats, unlimited combinations per round and the full history. The App Store or Google Play always displays the current localised price, billing period and whether you are eligible for a trial or offer before you confirm the purchase.
The subscription is managed by the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. It is charged and renewed according to the terms shown by your store when you purchase. The store manages payment, renewal dates and any price changes.
You cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account. Normally you keep Pro features until the end of the paid period, subject to the store's terms. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Wager Golf account does not cancel the subscription and does not automatically issue a refund. An active subscription can normally be restored in the app subject to the store's and RevenueCat's rules.
Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made, not by Wager Golf. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, use Google Play's support and refund flow. The store's current terms and your statutory rights apply.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the app — rounds, scores, comments, profile pictures and similar. By using the app you grant us a limited license to store and display it for you and the friends you share with, to the extent necessary for the app to work.
If you delete your account, the licence ends for your private account data. Shared round history may still be retained in pseudonymised form under section 5 and the Privacy Policy so the other participants' history is not destroyed or recalculated.
The app is provided "as is". We strive for correct calculations according to WHS handicap and classic game rules but cannot guarantee that all edge cases are entirely bug-free. If you find a bug, email us at [email protected] and we will fix it.
We may temporarily or permanently suspend the service with no liability for interruptions. Course data and backend may be down at times — the app then works in limited mode.
Wager Golf is a scoring tool. If a disagreement arises between you and your golf friends about the settlement, the score, the rules of a format or a Swish payment — that is not something we can resolve or mediate. It is your private responsibility.

We may change these terms — e.g. if the Pro offer changes or a new third-party service is introduced. The new version is published here with an updated date. Where required, we will give notice before it takes effect through the app, store listing or another appropriate channel. Changes do not limit rights under mandatory law. If you do not accept the terms, you can stop using the app, cancel the subscription in the store and delete your account.
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiation. If we cannot agree, the dispute may be examined by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a Swedish court.
